My family support journey began in 2003 when I was certified as a birth doula.
In 2005 after additional training and certification I expanded my services offering childbirth education, post-partum doula care, and lactation education.
I certified and licensed as a Certified Professional Midwife in 2011 and opened my home birth and birth center midwifery practice in the United States.
In 2020, after 17 years of working in lactation education and support, I was certified as an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC).
In 2022, I completed a master’s degree in public health.
My life’s work in the field of birth work has been magical and fulfilling but my ultimate work has been birthing, breastfeeding, and parenting four children.
